Meet the Founder

Kristy Jackson is the CEO of DK Solutions.LLC creative multimedia consulting and creator of the Bizperation brand and has had many opportunities to share nuggets from her entrepreneurship journey on local and national platforms including TEDXWomen, St.Louis Public Radio, Venture Cafe, and Small Business Majority. She loves sharing the truth of her journey - her dreams- her sinks - and how she launched to facilitate growth in business for herself and others. To capture it, she’s the author of several books, Dream, Sink, Launch- Lessons on Creativity, Productivity, & Resilience from the Real Entrepreneurship Journey, Bizperation Thinktank Journal and The Dream Box - a children’s book on entrepreneurship.

With 20 years of combined experience as a coach, facilitator, author, and professional speaker, Kristy serves as the founder of #SheCan Connect and is a resource to develop entrepreneurs and leaders to become more creative, resilient and productive.
She’s also an Engagement Leader with Thrivent which allows her to help others reach life and generosity goals with the unique opportunity to build more relationships in the faith, education and entrepreneurship spaces by sharing good news about what Thrivent offers!
When not working, you can find Kristy traveling and enjoying great food with family and friends. Her faith, husband James, their two daughters, Kelsie and Jada, and their four-legged son, BJ keep her grounded.
